Since the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President Elect, there has been series of sinister moves by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and the Obidients Movement both at Home and in diaspora to scuttle the May 29 inauguration of Tinubu.

First, they went on overdrive, spreading unfounded rumours, outrageous lies and shallow conjectures about Asiwaju Tinubu. But it failed.

Then, they started digging up old tales about his past that has been around for long without being proven or any iota of evidence. Again, it failed.

Because as Minister of Power, Babatunde Fashola said the massive votes and mandate given by Nigerians to Tinubu remains the loudest statement to confirm that the majority don’t care about the rumours. They care about competence, experience, capacity and ability not sainthood when it comes to good governance.

Now, the enemies of democracy are at work again, hiding behind pockets of protests by genuinely concerned Nigerians seeking improvements in one area or the other, which is a normal feature in democratic climes.

These imposters have been orchestrating paid protests from different circles all across the Federation calling on the Attorney General of the Federation, Electoral Umpire, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and other agencies to stop the inauguration of the ceremony.

Intelligence Report has revealed that there are indeed tangible plots by mischief makers and political enemies of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential Candidate and now President Elect to halt the inauguration ceremony by causing chaos and disrupting the occasion.

It was gathered that due to the porous nature of our borders, there have been proliferation of arms which has been brought into the country by the trouble makers to stall the inauguration.

IPOB and its Sister group, Eastern Security Network, ESN, are planning to cause mayhem that would lead to the disruption of the inauguration and possible postponement.

It was alleged that the Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi is also part of the mastermind of this plot. It is already an open secret that his Vice Presidential Candidate share the sentiments. He had earlier come out to state that Tinubu won’t be sworn in as President leading to the Federal Government warning him of committing treasonable felony.

Again, there have been series of call for an Interim Government which was exposed by the Department of State Security, DSS, with the Federal Government reading a riot act.

Desperate to achieve their sinister mission, there was even a protest staged outside the shores of Nigeria which was planned and orchestrated by some apologists of Obi who are calling for the halting of the inauguration ceremony.

But President Muhammadu Buhari led Federal Government had come out to say repeatedly that he is going to handover power to Tinubu come May 29, busting their vile bubbles and hope of disrupting the process.

This has also sent fears to the spine of these mischief makers who are all out to scuttle democracy in the most populous black nation of the world.

All hands are however on deck following the exposure of their plot as millions of Nigerians eagerly await the official crowning of the first Nigerian President who is an Accountant, the first Nigerian President from Lagos and first Nigerian President who graduated with a first class.
