As Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ all around the world, Senator Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, former Edo State Governor representing Edo North Senatorial District at the Upper Chamber of the National Assembly has urged Christians and Nigerians to reflect on the life of Jesus Christ, and emulate him.
The former Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, President, said that the sacrifices and selflessness exhibited by Jesus Christ ought to reflected upon and emulated.
In his Easter message, he emphasized that Christ’s teachings and actions serve as a timeless example for all, urging citizens to emulate these values in their daily lives.

Commending the Nigerian people for their resilience in the face of economic and security challenges, Senator Oshiomhole through his Media Aide, Victor Oshioke highlighted their “perseverance as a testament to the nation’s strength” and expressed confidence in the government’s commitment to “restoring hope and rebuilding the nation and through collective efforts, a new era of development and prosperity can be ushered in.”

The former governor of Edo State urged Nigerians to hold on to the renewed hope that Easter brings, assuring them that their sacrifices will not be in vain.

He called for the spirit of the risen Christ “to guide the nation as it works towards a better future for all.”
