it’s no longer news to people on the success recorded in the past three editions of ASA DAY celebration, which holds annually in New Jersey.

The event which Nigerians in diaspora sees and deems as the biggest event to be organized by any Nigerian community in diaspora.
The event over years has witnessed an unexpected success.

At first, some Nigerians in diaspora felt no one could pull it off, because of the financial commitment required to be able to put such event together.

ASA DAY was conceived by Hon. Temitope Adeshina, a young vibrant, vision oriented woman, who was crowned Queen of New Jersey some years ago.

She was also awarded the AFRICAN Commissioner for the city of Newark, New Jersey.
She has over years worked with various interest groups and always ready to lend a helping hand to Nigerian community when the need arise.

Board members that will serve as 2024 ASA DAY Organizers have just been selected, members to serve in this years event cut across the various ethnic groups in Nigeria.

The event which brings notable Nigerian community leaders together, has also extended it’s tentacles to other AFRICAN countries, to celebrate the cultural and traditional values of African Heritage.

According to the CEO of ASA DAY, Ms Temitope Adeshina, in a recent interview expressed joy for the show of love expressed by other representative of about ten other AFRICAN countries who have shown interest to be part of this years event.

Notable traditional rulers are also expected to grace this occasion, the Ooni of ife, Oba Ogunwusi, Oba Elegushi, Oba Oniru and many other notable traditional rulers have expressed interest to be part of this years event.

Also expected are big wigs in the political space in Nigeria.
