Arsenal Women national team star Bethany Mead was the heroine for the Lionesses of England on Monday night, as she scored a hat-trick in her team’s remarkable 8-0 victory over Norway Women national team.

 

 

The 27 years old has been in an astonishing form for England since the beginning of the year, and she was able to extend her excellent performance for the team against Norway.

Bethany Mead started in England’s attack alongside Ellen White and Lauren Hemp, and she was able to outshine her mates on the pitch.

 

 

Georgia Stanway opened scoring for England in the 12th minute, Lauren Hemp doubled the lead in the 15th minute, Ellen White made it 3-0 in the 29th minute to make it 3-0. Bethany Mead scored in the 34th and 38th minutes before Ellen White scored another goal in the 41st minute to end the first half 6-0.

Alessia Russo extended England’s lead in the 7-0 before Bethany Mead scored the last goal of the game in the 81st minute to end the match 8-0.

 

 

Bethany Mead was impressive for the Lionesses in the game, and she was able to mark her brilliant display with a hat-trick.

The victory over Norway Women national team means England have qualified for the quarter final of the 2022 UEFA Euro.
