Despite the fact that many European countries have been seen as second nationalities for many footballers, it is a good thing as many of them still remember their home countries and therefore display acts of love to the countries when the needs arise.
For example last year, the former Chelsea defender, Antonio Rudiger was seen making a visit to his African country of origin, Sierra-Leone and was seen donating funds to undertake some projects in the country.
This can be said for other players whose roots are in Africa.
However, it is surprising as to how the Borussia Dortmund forward, Karim Adeyemi has paid a visit to his African country of origin, Nigeria with him also been spotted live in his home town in Oyo State.
The young forward who recently joined Dortmund was present in the friendly match which came up between the highly revered Shooting Stars and Adeyemi FC.
The match ended on a 1-0 scoreline in favour of the Oluyole Warriors and one of the major positives to take from the match is how Karim Adeyemi watched the match with the rest of the town people travelling all the way from Germany.
