Less than 24 hours after the announcement of the demise of popular Gospel Singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu and the indictment of the husband, Peter Nwachukwu of alleged maltreatment, abuse and domestic violence meted on the deceased, allegedly resulting to her death, the Social Media has been agog with reactions.

The ‘Ekwueme’ crooner was said to have died of throat cancer, before revelations and alleged maltreatment and domestic violence by the husband on the late Singer went viral.

Friends, colleagues and different Pastors have come out to condemned and dragged out the husband of the deceased, alleging that he beat and kicked the late Osinachi on the chest leading to her been on life support for Five days before eventually giving up the ghost.

Controversy has however greeted the circumstances surrounding her death with Controversial and self-acclaimed investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo accusing popular gospel singer and colleague of the deceased, Frank Edward of having secret affairs with the late gospel singer.

Edwards had alleged that her husband killed her as a result of repeated domestic violence on her, labeling the husband has putting off a shinning light and calling him an “Unreasonable human being”.

He wrote; ”So that Unreasonable human being finally put off a shining light. I won’t say much now, I’ll let the former Nddc director ( AUNTY Joy) who did everything possible to stop this from happening talk 1st, but it still happened. we tried to stop this.”

Reacting to Frank Edward’s assertion, Kemi Olunloyo in a post on her official Twitter account accused the gospel of having a secret affair with Osinachi.

She wrote, “Frank Edwards you’re STUPID! Were you not Osinachi Nwachukwu’s secret lover? Of course, her own husband was “jealous” of her.
Joy Nunieh should not be dragged into your foolishness. Joy is a real woman & strong one & she once slapped Akpabio for sexual harassment. TELL THE TRUTH!”.

Though notable Notable among those who reportedly claimed the gospel singer may have died from domestic violence are top gospel singer, Frank Edward, one of her friends who is a lifestyle blogger, Amanda Chisom, Gold Martin and the Senior Pastor of Singles and Married International Outreach, Chioma Ibezim.

Is that why bringing out the secrets now the gospel singer is dead?

They opined that these revelations are causing more pains on them because she would have been alive if they opened up earlier, with the situation addressed, rather than come out with different tales of domestic violence meted on her when she is dead.

Though, it was gathered that Pastor Chioma’s reason on keeping it private as she said Osinachi was her client and she can’t disclose such information outside unless on her permission.

She noted that she only advised her as her Counselor but the late Osinachi’s faith on the Lord was extremely strong.

However, elder sister to the late singer, Favour Made, revealed that her sister died as a result of a cluster of blood in the chest from the kicking she got from her husband, Peter Nwachukwu.

She made this revelation to Vanguard Metro, saying that,
“She did not die of cancer. The husband, Mr Peter Nwachukwu hit her with his leg on the chest. All this while, he has been beating her but my sister hides all that she was passing through from us.

“Before now, we have told her to come out of the marriage, we told her that they are not divorcing and that it’s just a separation. But she felt that God is against divorce.

We told her that separation is not a sin but just for her to stay alive and take care of her children. She will always tell us to relax and that the man will change.

“So when the man kicked her in the chest, she fell down and he took her to the hospital but he did not even tell us.

“It was her friend who lives in Ebonyi state that called her twin sister because Osinachi has a twin sister, to ask, ‘did your Sister tell you that Peter hit her on the chest? the sister then told her no. It was the hitting on the chest that killed her.

“My brother had to ask the doctor what killed her and the doctor said that there were clusters of blood on her chest.

“Unfortunately, they did not tell the doctor that she was kicked in the chest because the doctor could have known what to do if he had an idea of what happened.

“Each time we talked to her, she will be pleading for peace and if we move to act, she will tell us no, that we should calm down”.
