Former Chelsea football club star Loic Remy has completed a permanent move to French Ligue 1 club-side Brest football club on a free transfer on Monday till the end of the season.
The Frenchman has been without a club since the last summer transfer window, after being released by Turkish Super Lig side Adana Demirspor football club.
Loic Remy has been struggling with time-to-time injury since the beginning of last season, and he only managed to make two League appearances for Adana Demirspor football club before being released.
The former Newcastle United football club star was unable to get a new club in the Summer transfer window due to injury, but he has been finally signed by Brest football club on a free transfer.
Loic Remy had his medical at Brest football club on Monday and he will be looking forward to making his debut for the club when they play their next League game this weekend.
According to the report from Skysports and respected Italian Sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, he posted on his verified Twitter handle that;
“Official, completed. Loïc Remy signs as new Brest football club player on a contract valid until the end of the season. He was free agent since last summer and now ready for new chapter.”
Loic Remy has previously played for the likes of Newcastle United football club, Chelsea FC, Crystal Palace football club, and Queens Park Rangers FC in the English Premier League, he played for Las Palmas and Getafe football club in the Spanish Laliga Santander, he played for Rizespor football club and Adana Demirspor football club in the Turkish Super Lig, and he played for Olympique Lyon FC, Olympique Marseille FC, Lens football club, OGC Nice football club, Olympique Marseille football club and LOSC Lille football club before joining Brest football club at the age of 36.
