With the FIFA World Cup in Qatar just a week away, all the participating nations are starting to announce their final squads for the tournament. Argentina has announced their 26-man squad, with Paris Saint-Germain superstar Lionel Messi included in the list.
Despite the fact Argentina are missing key midfielder Giovani Lo Celso through injury, their team looks like one more than capable of lifting the Jules Rimet trophy in Qatar.
Team captain and seven-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi is also joined by Paulo Dybala, who was a doubt for the tournament after recently injuring himself while taking a penalty for AS Roma.
Argentina has been paired in Group C alongside Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Poland at the World Cup and will have their opening game against the Arab nation on November 22.
