Nollywood Actors and Actress of both Yoruba and English genres gathered at the Blueroof Pavilion at Lagos Television, LTV, for the Service of Songs for Late Actress, Allwell Ademola, who died of Cardiac Arrest, having slumped at her residence on December 27, 2025.
In paying their last respect to the deceased, her colleagues dorn a White Polo, with the portrait of the Late Actress boldly displayed on it.
Some of her colleagues participated in the Wrap Prayers for her, with yhe likes of actors Afeez Abiodun, Rotimi Salami, and Kunle Afod were seen actively participating.
Salami, widely recognised as one of Ademola’s closest friends in the industry, delivered a tribute at the event.
“If there’s anyone Allwell has offended, directly or indirectly, please, forgive her and keep praying for her,” Salami urged the crowd while holding back his tears.
Salami emphasised the importance of maintaining her impact on the industry, adding, “I think the only thing we can actually do is to find a way in unity to keep her legacy. Even if she’s gone, let all that she has done stay with us and be with us.”
The Service of Songs was also attended by notable figures in the industry.
Actors and actresses, including Odunlade Adekola, Saheed Balogun, Bolaji Amusan, Abiola Adebayo, Iyabo Ojo, Fausat Balogun, Eniola Ajao, and Fathia Balogun and others were spotted at the event.
According to the burial arrangement released by the family, Thursday’s Service of Songs will be followed immediately by preparations for the candlelight procession, after which an Artistes’ Night will follow, and closing remarks are expected at 11:00 pm.
The burial is scheduled to be held on Friday at the Atan Cemetery in Yaba, Lagos State.
