Nigerians in the last 24 years have been faced with political leadership crisis ranging from political parties of different kind. Over years, Nigerians have elected political leaders in every political cycle yearning for good leadership at all time.

While many of the nation’s president in previous administrations have always come unprepared on different accounts of political misrepresentation, ethnic profiling and religious bigotry. Bola Tinubu Nigeria 16th President remains the only president Nigeria can boast of being prepared for the apex seat.

At the beginning of the fourth republic in 1999, Nigerians armed themselves with their voter’s card and hit the street to empathize with the South–Westerner on the demise of Chief Moshood Abiola Kashimawo who was perceived as the winner of the 1993 general election to elect Chief Olusegun Obasanjo of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Obasanjo who was Nigeria former head of state was imprisoned by the Late General Sanni Abacha regime for Openly critical of Abacha’s administration, in 1995 Obasanjo was arrested and convicted of being part of a planned coup, despite protesting his innocence. In compensation to the Yorubas especially the people of Ogun state on the death of M.K.O, political gladiators rally round and picked Obasanjo against all odds.
Obasanjo who came unprepared did all his best in his 8years administration, most especially in offsetting Nigeria debt and was remarkable for he made decisions that are now a legacy to all citizens of Nigeria especially the GSM he facilitated to Nigeria.

In 2007 when it was time to succeed Obasanjo, Nigerians were expectant to have a president that was neither accidental nor chosen by political godfathers. Obasanjo contrary to all expectations chose Late Musa Yardua who acknowledged he was rigged into office and never wanted to be president but was only interested in his health at that time.
Unfortunately President Musa Yaradua died in office and the mantle of leadership fell on his deputy President Goodluck Jonathan.
Goodluck Jonathan made an attempt to truly test his political strength and run for a second term in office despite being an incumbent, he made history and remain the only incumbent president that never had a second term. He was booted out of office after several corruption allegation and accusations against his administration especially among his cabinet members.

Nigeria Ex President Muhammadu Buhari wouldn’t have been president without the input of Nigeria president today, Tinubu single handedly brought Buhari to Aso Rock against all ods. Buhari who has been has been contesting for over 12 years was once again giving the hope of faith by Bola Tinubu.
President Tinubu assert that he went to Daura the hometown of the president to give him to contest once again, unfortunately one would expect that for a man who has been lingering to be Nigeria president, he would have put in place all necessary
Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains the only Nigeria president who was truly ready for leadership. Tinubu presidency was not an accidental one as many political activist describes past leaders, neither was it as a result of Nigerians calling on a particular section of the country on the basis of religious or tribe.
Tinubu himself wanted to be Nigeria president more reason the ‘EMILOKAN’ slogan was in vogue. The former lagos governor was not anointed by anyone, he did not need a godfather to ascertain his poll, neither does he needs ethnic or religious profiling or be at the mercy of past leaders. He came. He contested, He Won and he is now set to work.
Many Nigerians are pessimistic about the current economic woes of the country, however Tinubu remain the only hope to bring Nigeria out of the muddy waters and shackles of suffering and smiling the ordinary Nigerians are known for.
As a man who came prepared, Tinubu will be brining a strong team that is premised on capacity rather than political patronage and will do everything to take decisions that will remove the bottlenecks in the path to greatness in the country, particularly in areas of true federalism, security, fight against corruption and encouraging private sector investments.
