Nigerian international and former Super Eagles of Nigeria forward maestro, Victor Moses was in superb form yesterday for his Russian Premier League club side Spartak Moscow in their first league game of the season away from home against Akhmat Grozny at the Akhmat-Arena.

The 31 years old former Chelsea dazzler started the game from the bench due to tactical and technical reason but was introduced in the 78th minute for Anton Zinkovskiy, and he was able to deliver at the peak with his meaningful minutes spent on the pitch of play.

Victor Moses was the game changer for his team as he turned the fortune of the game around after his introduction despite been reduced to 10-men after Maciej Rybus was sent off for a second yellow card offence in the 41st minute of the first half.

The host took the lead in the late minute to the end of the first half courtesy of a goal from Artem Timofeev which was the only goal that separated the two sides going into the half time break.

The visitor in the second half were able to deliver at the top notch as they got the tempo more tensed up with some classical displays which got them an equalizer in the late minute to the end of the game, with a goal from Victor Moses as he made it one all draw at full time just six minutes after his introduction.

After the game, Victor Moses was named as the winner for the Man of the Match award following his outstanding performance for the team which was enough to secure a vital away point for his side.

He will then be hoping to keep the tempo and momentum going for his side in their next game as they continue their pursuit in the competition.
